When you're really stuck, sometimes you need a connection to the source. That's why, in addition to our Solution Center and the Microsoft Windows Me Support Web site, there are plenty of other options for getting help with Windows Me.

Start with the Windows Me Help and Support Center

If you need help, Windows Me Help and Support is your best starting point. Just click the Start button, and then click Help. You'll find information about how to use Windows, plus troubleshooting guides, online links to the Microsoft Knowledge Base, online forums on MSN's Computing Central, and more.

Take advantage of Online Assisted Support right from your desktop

There's even a place in Windows Me Help and Support to submit support questions directly to Microsoft Product Support Services: just click Assisted Support. You'll find more resources, along with an opportunity to upload information about your specific computer setup so that a Microsoft Support Professional can have it up-front and provide you a technical resolution as quickly as possible.

Help yourself to Self-Help options

And don't forget: Microsoft Personal Online SupportOff-site Link is designed specifically for home users and individuals. You'll find easy-to-use self-help tools, along with a wide variety of technical information, to help you get the most up-to-date answers to your questions.

If you still can't find the information you need, it's easy to submit an Online Support Request. You receive two free support incidents with your purchase of Windows Me. Simply use the request tool to submit your questions to a Microsoft Support Professional. You will receive notification from Microsoft when your solution is available.

Note that if you're really stuck, you can always call a support professional. Remember, you receive two free support incidents with your purchase of Windows Me. (Bugs and documentation errors are not counted as incidents.)

In Canada, call (905) 568-4494, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, excluding holidays.
